Bisquick Fresh Veggie Pie

  1. The Crust
  2. 2c Bisquick mix
  3. ½c cold water
  4. The Spread
  5. 1 pkg 8oz cream cheese, softened
  6. 1/2c salad dressing (Miracle whip)
  7. 1/2c green onions, chopped thin
  8. 2t horseradish (more if you like it warm!)
  9. 1/8t tabasco sauce (see above:)
  10. 1 can 6 1/2oz drained Tuna
  11. The toppings
  12. Shredded cheddar cheese
  13. Diced raw veggies such as-
  14. 2 stalks celery
  15. Broccoli flowerets
  16. Tomatoes
  17. Mushrooms
  18. Green pepper
  19. Avocado (Tip; mix in lemon juice to keep from turning brown)
  20. Cucumber
  1. Spread Bisquick mix onto an ungreased pizza pan to form a Bisquick pizza crust.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool 10 minutes.
  4. Mix all the Spread ingredients together and spread on the cooled Bisquick crust.
  5. Top with the Toppings.
  6. Refrigerate one hour.
