Ingredients
  1. Frozen Bread
  2. 1 lb burger
  3. ¼ c. chopped onion
  4. 1 lg garlic clove minced
  5. 1 head of shredded cabbage
  6. Salt and coarse pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Thaw bread according to directions.
  2. Brown burger, onion, and garlic, add cabbage to slightly wilt, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Portion and roll bread dough into 6-8 inch circles.
  4. Put ½ cup of meat mixture into center of dough and dot with butter.
  5. Fold over dough to make half circles (like a pastie) and pinch edges with your fingers.
  6. Brush filled dough circles with egg wash.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until nicely brown.
  8. Serve with brown gravy over the top
